We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the role of Inbound Calling Executive to join our growing IT & Business Solutions organization. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve customer queries effectively. - Follow standard communication and operational protocols across voice process operations. - Maintain customer interaction logs and uphold high service quality standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates. - Good English communication skills are compulsory. - Basic computer knowledge required. - Mandatory AI-Based English Communication Assessment via the designated platform (versantpro.com). - Previous BPO / Call Centre experience will be an added advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite position located at Flora Town Shopping, Pathardi-Ambad Road, Flora Town, Pathardi Phata, Nashik, Maharashtra. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard company compensation as per industry norms. • Application Instructions: - Candidates must review the requirements and complete the mandatory AI assessment prior to candidate screening and interview processes.
