• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and hands-on Marketing & Communications Lead to own and elevate the brand voice and communications strategy across our growing technology solutions group and portfolio of companies (specializing in Customer Experience, Security & Visitor Management). This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Shape overall brand strategy and drive regional marketing initiatives across our footprint. - Manage events end-to-end. - Coordinate digital marketing teams. - Execute campaigns that build brand visibility, generate demand, and accelerate measurable business growth. - Strengthen internal and external communications across a growing multi-brand technology solutions group. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3 to 4 years of proven experience leading a marketing team. - Strong track record in marketing strategy, execution, and people management. - Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and project management skills. - Experience in the technology sector is highly preferred. - Multi-brand or group marketing experience is considered an added advantage. - Possess a hands-on, solutions-focused, and proactive mindset. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Employment Type: Full-time. - Location: Nairobi, Kenya, with regional scope across other operating countries. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Send your CV with the subject line 'Marketing & Communications Lead' to the application email provided.
