Role & Company / Project Overview A fast-growing Startup is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead its communication strategy and strengthen brand presence across different channels. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies. • Lead campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and other communication channels. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms. • Develop engaging content and communication materials aligned with the brand strategy. • Manage external agencies, partners, and media relationships when needed. • Monitor market trends, audience insights, and competitors. • Measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and consistent communication. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 6–8 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Integrated Marketing, or a related field. • Strong experience in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns. • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and brand communication. • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. • Creative, strategic, and results-oriented mindset. • Startup experience is a plus.
