• Role & Company / Project Overview Perficient is hiring for immediate requirements for Senior or Lead Technical Consultant specializing in Salesforce Core - Sales & Service. Looking for Salesforce professionals with strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce Platform development. The role involves designing solutions, building applications, managing integrations, working directly with clients, and leveraging AI tools to improve delivery quality and productivity. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Gather and understand business requirements. - Design and maintain Salesforce data models and platform solutions. - Configure and develop solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows. - Build and support integrations using APIs and MuleSoft. - Perform testing, validation, deployment, and code reviews. - Collaborate with clients, architects, and business teams. - Work across Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), and Agentforce as needed. - Use AI tools (Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to generate and review code, configurations, and documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 5 - 8 years of relevant Salesforce experience. - Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. - Experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows, and Salesforce platform configuration. - Data model and solution design experience. - Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification. - Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. - Good communication and client-facing skills. - Experience using AI tools in software delivery. - Preferred Skills: - Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred for Lead role). - MuleSoft or API integration experience. - Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Agentforce. - Consulting background. - Passionate about leveraging AI to improve development and delivery efficiency. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their profiles for review.
