Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in solution design, technical leadership, Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead Salesforce solution design and provide overall technical leadership. - Architect and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. - Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. - Build Marketing Cloud automations, journeys, and data extensions. - Design and implement REST/JSON APIs, integrations, and middleware solutions. - Manage CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment processes. - Conduct code reviews, ensure secure coding practices, and enforce platform governance. - Prepare technical documentation and architectural diagrams. - Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Work with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud. - Handle troubleshooting, performance optimization, and platform governance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with strong hands-on development and technical leadership capabilities. - Deep technical expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Marketing Cloud Automations/Journeys/Data Extensions, and APIs/Middleware integrations. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra. - Work Mode: Remote (Currently). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resume via email or DM.
