Role & Company / Project Overview: Nice Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Informatica PowerCenter Support Engineer to join the team for a critical banking client requirement based in Nagpur. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide ETL production support and manage day-to-day operations using Informatica PowerCenter. • Troubleshoot ETL workflows, mapping issues, and job failures. • Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and deliver SLA-driven support. • Execute complex SQL queries to validate, debug, and monitor data processing pipelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and ETL production support. • Strong SQL skills and expertise in troubleshooting ETL workflows and job failures. • Proven background in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and SLA-driven support. • Prior working experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is required. • Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days only. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. • Work Mode: Work from Office. • Shifts: Rotational shifts flexibility required.
