Role & Company / Project Overview: Zee Learn Limited is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Business Manager to join the Mount Litera Zee School (MLZS) team. The role works closely with Mount Litera Zee School business partners to drive school growth, business development, and effective school operations across the assigned territory in Nagpur. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Partner with franchisees and business partners to drive school growth, student admissions, and revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key school stakeholders. • Develop and monitor school-wise marketing plans, catchment initiatives, and ATL/BTL activities. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth school operations and provide timely operational support. • Monitor SOP adherence, brand guideline compliance, infrastructure readiness, and audit compliance across schools. • Track overall school performance through MIS, parent feedback, and routine operational reviews. • Support procurement processes, staff development programs, and strategic initiatives that strengthen school performance and retention. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Professional background in business development, key account management, school operations, and revenue growth. • Strong relationship management, business development, selling, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to interpret operational/MIS data and coordinate effectively across multiple teams. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. • Onsite territorial management role covering assigned school clusters.
