Role Overview: Valuenet Group (BONAGO Incentive Marketing Group GmbH) is seeking an Intern (all genders) for a 6-month period starting in October 2026 to join their Marketing team in Munich, focusing on event management and marketing communications. This internship offers hands-on experience across diverse projects, ranging from classic marketing initiatives and strategic analyses to participating in national trade fairs and events. Candidates will have the opportunity to take on responsibility for their own projects and build practical experience for their career entry. Key Responsibilities: - Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and independently manage smaller projects with team guidance. - Actively participate in the planning, organization, and execution of national trade fairs, congresses, and events—from office preparation to on-site support at exhibition stands. - Coordinate closely with speakers, sales colleagues, and external service providers. - Create briefings, prepare meetings and presentations, and ensure smooth operational workflows through a structured approach. - Contribute creative ideas to direct marketing campaigns and apply graphic design expertise. - Maintain data in the CRM system to assist in lead generation and evaluation. Qualifications & Requirements: - Currently enrolled as a student (minimum 3rd semester) in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration (BWL), or a related field. - Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. - Strong communication skills, creative mindset, open personality, and a collaborative team player. - Excellent command of the German language, fast learning comprehension, and strong analytical thinking. - Interest in technology, digital affinity, and proficient with MS Office.
