### Role & Company / Project Overview The Dream Team is expanding its event management team in Mumbai and is hiring for the role of Crew and Artist Vendor TLB. This position coordinates closely with artists, performers, crews, and vendors to ensure seamless event planning and flawless live event production. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage and coordinate artist, performer, and crew requirements for events and weddings. • Drive robust vendor coordination, tracking deliverables, timelines, and logistics. • Conduct systematic follow-ups with all external partners, artists, and technical crews to guarantee timely execution. • Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks concerning talent and vendor scheduling on-site. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1+ year of prior experience in the wedding or event industry. • Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills. • Sound understanding of crew and artist technical and hospitality requirements. • High level of reliability, team coordination, and problem-solving capability. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Open strictly to Mumbai-based candidates only). • On-site / event-based working arrangements. ### Application Instructions • Send your CV to the specified hiring email addresses.
