• Role & Company / Project Overview Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd. (India's No.1 Diagnostic Company) is hiring for a rare, high-impact National Subject Matter Expert (SME) & 2nd Level Support role for their flagship portfolio covering Hematology, ESR, and Urinalysis (Sediment + Biochemistry), based at the Mumbai Head Office. This is a permanent center-of-excellence role designed for experienced professionals ready to move from field support to national impact, serving as the ultimate technical authority and the face of Transasia expertise. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Serve as the National SME for the flagship portfolio (Hematology, ESR, and Urinalysis - Sediment + Biochemistry) - Act as the final word and authority on complex field escalations when field teams require second-level support - Conduct training for trainers, service teams, and customers across India - Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and continuous product improvements in close coordination with R&D teams - Represent Transasia's deep technical expertise in a 100% customer-facing expert capacity • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: B.Sc. Biosciences, M.Sc. Biosciences, DMLT, or CMLT - Experience: 12 to 14 years of total experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry, with a minimum of 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience handling Hematology field calls, trainings, escalations, and validations - Technical Expertise: Deep understanding and practical mastery of Hematology, ESR, and Urinalysis validation data interpretation is mandatory - Core Skills: Strong command of MS Excel, system validations, and diagnostic data interpretation - Mindset: Strong business acumen, customer obsession, and proactive problem-solving attitude • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent position - Base Location: Mumbai Head Office, Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd., Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Travel Requirements: Pan-India travel up to 6 to 8 days per month for critical field escalations and customer/team trainings • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation as per industry standards for senior SME roles • Application Instructions - Submit application with CV quoting subject line 'Application for SME - Hematology' via the designated contact email or direct messaging.
