• Role & Company / Project Overview Chirok Health is hiring experienced professionals for leadership opportunities as Team Lead – HCC/CDI Outpatient speciality across multiple locations (10 open positions total). This leadership role focuses on driving quality, team performance, and operational excellence in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of medical coding professionals in HCC/CDI Outpatient speciality. - Drive quality, productivity, and overall operational excellence within the team. - Manage stakeholder communication and ensure client delivery benchmarks are met. - Oversee Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) and Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding workflows within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong subject-matter knowledge in HCC and CDI Outpatient speciality. - Proven leadership and team-handling experience. - Strong understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). - Relevant Medical Coding expertise and credentials (e.g., CDIP, ACDIS, CCDS, CRC, CCS, CPC, CIC, COC). - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Demonstrated ability to drive quality and operational performance. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation as per industry standards for leadership roles. • Application Instructions - Share your updated resume with the hiring team.
