Role & Company / Project Overview CMS Computers is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong blend of technical expertise and delivery leadership to manage large-scale enterprise technology projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Serve in a techno-managerial leadership role, balancing technical guidance (30–40%) with delivery management (60–70%). • Manage 3–4 concurrent projects with teams of 40–50+ members. • Oversee enterprise application development, ERP solutions, custom development, and maintenance projects. • Drive technical excellence, manage complex project portfolios, and build high-performing teams. • Ensure project delivery, customer management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and team leadership. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 6–10 years in hands-on technical roles (Developer / Technical Lead / Architect). • Strong technical foundation in Java/J2EE, .NET, Node.js, Python, and Open-Source technologies. • Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Full Stack technologies, and Cloud (AWS/Azure). • Proven ability to manage large concurrent project deliveries and cross-functional teams. • Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
