• Role & Company / Project Overview Akshaya IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, drive Agile delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of complex cloud and technology projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Own end-to-end technical project planning, execution, and delivery. - Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and SAFe PI Planning. - Manage project budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and delivery milestones. - Track risks, issues, dependencies, and project governance through JIRA and Confluence. - Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders. - Lead cloud project delivery, release readiness, and executive reporting. - Ensure quality, compliance, and predictable project outcomes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of total experience. - 8+ years of relevant project management experience. - Core expertise in Technical Project / Program Management. - Solid experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe & PI Planning. - Hands-on expertise with JIRA & Confluence. - Budgeting and financial governance. - Cloud project experience with AWS / Azure / GCP. - Stakeholder, risk & dependency management. - Preferred: Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or other regulated-industry experience. - Certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe certifications are an advantage. - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days / Serving Notice Preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra - Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office) - Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST - Employment Type: Full-Time • Compensation & Benefits - Standard industry compensation based on current and expected CTC. • Application Instructions - Candidates are requested to submit their updated CV via email, including details on current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, current location, and relevant project management experience.
