• Role & Company / Project Overview StayVista is hiring a Manager – Key Accounts (Central Team) based in Mumbai. The role is designed for professionals passionate about building meaningful owner experiences, driving process excellence, and creating lasting relationships with property owners. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Driving and improving Owner Net Promoter Score (NPS) and the overall owner experience. - Managing owner escalations proactively and ensuring swift, effective resolution. - Driving Owner App adoption, engagement, and user satisfaction. - Strengthening standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and rigorous process adherence. - Monitoring key performance indicators, service level agreements (SLAs), and ticket turn-around times (TATs). - Building analytical dashboards and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 4+ years of relevant experience in Key Accounts, Account Management, or Operations/Project Management. - Process-oriented approach with strong analytical capabilities. - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. - Confident and adept in managing High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and premium client relationships. - Strong sense of ownership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to drive flawless execution. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time onsite role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
