Role & Company / Project Overview: Kashi House – amā Stays & Trails (IHCL) is hiring a Retreat Manager to lead the operations of Kashi House, an 8-room luxury boutique retreat nestled amidst nature around the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh. This is an opportunity to lead a distinctive luxury retreat, blend nature, luxury, and personalized hospitality, and deliver refined, highly personalized guest experiences. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead day-to-day operations and deliver a refined, personalized guest experience at a premium boutique retreat. • Lead, develop, and manage a team of approximately 15 employees. • Ensure high operational standards and adherence to luxury hotel SOPs and procedures. • Handle end-to-end retreat operations across guest service, food & beverage, and housekeeping. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory: Current HoD-level professional within IHCL, preferably from a Taj, Vivanta, or SeleQtions hotel; OR prior Hotel Manager experience with Tree of Life or Brij Hotels. • Preferred: Experience managing a retreat-style boutique hotel or a premium 8–15 key property. • Strong operational background, preferably from F&B or Housekeeping. • Strong understanding of IHCL systems, hotel SOPs, and operational standards. • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of approximately 15 staff with strong operational leadership and a passion for luxury guest service. • Prior experience handling end-to-end operations at a boutique or retreat property. • Candidates with previous experience working in remote locations will be preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kashi House – amā Stays & Trails, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. • Onsite boutique hotel/retreat setting on the banks of the Ganges. Compensation & Benefits: • ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities.
