Role & Company / Project Overview: RBSA Advisors is expanding its Investment Banking team and actively looking for an Analyst to join the team in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals keen to work directly on live transactions across investment banking and financial advisory practices. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Work on live transactions within investment banking and financial advisory engagements. • Conduct financial analysis, valuation support, and transaction research. • Assist senior team members in executing advisory mandates, restructuring, and deal transactions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: B.Com or BBA along with CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Financial Advisory. • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and keen interest in transaction advisory.
