Role & Company / Project Overview: Lastaki Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm focused on M&A and growth capital advisory for mid-market companies, is hiring a Senior Associate in Investment Banking. The firm works closely with founders and management teams on their growth, strategic advisory, and long-term value creation journeys. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct thorough financial analysis and detailed financial modeling. • Support and lead transaction execution across M&A and growth capital deals. • Manage client relationships, interactions, and client-facing deliverables. • Collaborate with founders and corporate leadership on strategic growth and value creation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: CFA Level 1 (Compulsory); Pursuing Level 2 or Completed CFA charter is desirable. • Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking. • Proven expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, deal execution, and transaction lifecycle management.
