• Role & Company / Project Overview: Career Helmet OS is building out its digital customer acquisition vertical (B2D Sourcing) to generate and nurture inbound lending inquiries across India. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute digital marketing and social media campaigns aimed at customer lead generation across lending segments. - Monitor inbound leads, coordinate digital outreach, and optimize multi-channel social media sourcing pipelines. - Work alongside lending operations teams to track lead conversions and optimize customer acquisition costs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Suitable for freshers and experienced candidates with exposure to digital sourcing, social media marketing, or business generation. - Lending background in retail or corporate finance is advantageous. - Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms for customer acquisition and pipeline management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Full-time commercial role available across designated city clusters throughout India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary package ranging from ₹6,00,000 to ₹30,00,000 per annum (₹6 LPA to ₹30 LPA) based on merit and track record. • Application Instructions: - Forward your curriculum vitae via the provided recruitment email or contact by telephone.
