Role & Company / Project Overview: Warange Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join their team as a Life Insurance Operations & Client Relationship Executive in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. In this role, you will contribute to a client-focused business serving policyholders since 1993, supporting life insurance operations and client servicing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Extract client reports using CRM software and assist with client servicing. • Track premium payments, follow up with clients, and support continuity of insurance coverage. • Assist clients with claims, maturities, and policy-related documentation. • Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and personalised service. • Assist in evaluating LIC products to address clients' insurance and financial protection needs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: B.Com. or an equivalent bachelor's degree. • Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on MS Office proficiency is mandatory, particularly in MS Excel. • Software & Learning: Aspiration to learn and work with CRM software. • Domain Knowledge: Basic knowledge of life insurance is an added advantage.
