### Role & Company / Project Overview Thinkers Generation Recruitment Firm is hiring a Commi I Chef (1 opening) for a Restaurant & Bar establishment located in Lower Parel, Mumbai. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare and cook dishes according to established restaurant recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. - Supervise junior kitchen team members (Commi II & III) and oversee assigned kitchen station mis-en-place. - Ensure strict food safety, cleanliness, kitchen hygiene, and inventory management practices. - Support senior chefs during high-volume service periods and participate in food quality checks. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven culinary experience as a Commi I in a reputable restaurant, cafe, or hotel kitchen. - Culinary degree/diploma or strong relevant kitchen working background. - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Food Trial is mandatory for chef profiles. - Only Mumbai location candidates can apply. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Accommodation: Accommodation will not be provided. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their updated CV to attend the food trial.
