### Role & Company / Project Overview Thinkers Generation Recruitment Firm is hiring Commi II Chefs (3 openings) for a Restaurant & Bar setup in Lower Parel, Mumbai. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Carry out daily mise-en-place, prep work, ingredient cutting, and preliminary food preparation. - Cook and assemble menu dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen chefs and Commi I. - Ensure all food ingredients are stored properly, labeled, and rotated following safety and hygiene norms. - Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work stations and cooking equipment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Prior experience as a Commi II or junior cook in restaurant or hotel kitchens. - Good knowledge of basic culinary techniques, food handling, and kitchen hygiene standards. - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Food Trial is mandatory for chef profiles. - Only candidates currently based in Mumbai can apply. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Accommodation: Accommodation will not be provided. ### Application Instructions Qualified candidates can submit their updated CV for evaluation and the mandatory food trial.
