Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Finch, Powai (Mumbai) — a high-volume resto-bar with its own microbrewery — is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to build a strong floor team for the busy season ahead. Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Run the outlet as an independent profit centre: oversee sales, costs, P&L, and day-to-day operations. - Drive sales actively, including corporate bookings and private parties. - Hold the outlet strictly to its daily, weekly, and monthly SOP and audit checklists. - Lead, roster, and train the Front of House (FOH) team; track staff KPIs and incentive structures. - Own overall guest experience, monitor online reviews, and manage escalations on the floor. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of total experience in F&B, with at least 2 years serving as Restaurant Manager (RM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM) in a high-volume bar, brewpub, or casual dining outlet. - Hands-on, on-the-floor working style with a strong understanding of Mumbai's dining crowd. - Comfort working late nights and weekends. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Requires availability for late nights and weekends. - Location: Finch, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra. - Joining: Immediate / ASAP. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should send their CV with the role name in the subject line to the designated HR email.
