Role & Company / Project Overview: Greetings from E-Solutions. E-Solutions is hiring a full-time P&C Business Analyst for its client operations based in Mumbai. The role focuses on business analysis, requirements elicitation, and testing within the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and execute requirement gathering, business analysis, and end-to-end testing activities. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical development teams to translate insurance business needs into clear functional specifications. • Work extensively within Agile project delivery frameworks, participating in sprint ceremonies, user story grooming, and sprint planning. • Perform functional validation, test case reviews, and defect management to ensure delivery quality across insurance product lines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Overall 6 to 8 years of total experience, with at least 6+ years of core experience working as a Business Analyst. • Solid domain experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance products is required. • Experience in Commercial Lines insurance is preferred. • Good exposure and proven expertise with projects involving Agile Methodology is pivotal. • Immediate joiners are required. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) 5 Days a week. • Employment Duration: Full Time.
