Role & Company / Project Overview An MNC client via recruitment partner is hiring a Senior Analyst specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance / BFSI Operations. This position involves working US Shift hours with immediate interview opportunities and great salary hikes. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and support core processes across Property & Casualty Insurance operations, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Broking, or Reinsurance. - Ensure high operational quality, precision, and adherence to BFSI client service level agreements (SLAs). - Participate in virtual hiring evaluations covering HR, Aptitude, Voice & Accent (VNA), and Operations rounds. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3 to 9 Years of relevant professional experience. - Minimum 3+ years of core prior experience in Property & Casualty, Insurance Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Broking / Reinsurance, or BFSI processes. - Education: Graduates only (Diplomas are not eligible per client guidelines). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Age limit: Up to 38 Years. - Notice period: 30 to 45 Days (negotiable up to 60 days). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Mumbai - Vikhroli. - Work Mode: Hybrid after training, as per client requirement. - Shift: US Shift (includes 2-way cab facility). - Interview Mode: Virtual.
