Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Looking for an experienced Gen AI Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and GenAI application development to lead technical initiatives and enterprise deployments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build and deploy GenAI applications from scratch and take GenAI solutions beyond proof-of-concept (POC) into production. • Design and implement scalable enterprise AI architectures. • Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and drive stakeholder collaboration. • Implement LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, and productionization pipelines. • Ensure responsible AI governance, AI security, and prompt injection prevention. • Implement front-end and API integrations for enterprise AI systems. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8–15 years of relevant experience in software development and AI/ML. • Strong Python programming experience. • Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM application development. • Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI. • Strong expertise in RAG and Modular RAG architectures. • Experience with LLM fine-tuning: LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT. • Experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks. • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP. • Multimodal AI: Text, Vision, and Speech models. • OCR and Document Intelligence. • Front-end integration: React, Streamlit, JavaScript, AG Grid. • API integration: REST and SOAP. • Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 30 days.
