Role & Company / Project Overview: Mindlance is hiring an Invoice Processing Specialist. The position is ideal for experienced professionals with strong expertise in invoice processing, purchase order validation, and financial systems administration. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Carry out hands-on PO and Non-PO invoice processing • Handle timesheet validation and processing • Conduct invoice verification, validation, and resolution of discrepancies • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely invoice processing • Manage vendor and supplier coordination for all invoice-related queries • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and adherence to financial compliance standards Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree • Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience • Strong foundational experience in end-to-end invoice processing • Good working knowledge of SAP • Hands-on experience working with Fieldglass / Vendor Management Systems (VMS) • Strong communication and operational coordination skills • Prior working experience in banking or financial services will be an added advantage Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-Time • Work Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Compensation & Benefits: • Standard industry compensation as per company norms Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email or phone.
