Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an Accounts Payable Executive / Analyst (BPO 2 – Senior Associate) for Finance & Accounting – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. We are looking for experienced Accounts Payable professionals with strong Procure-to-Pay knowledge and hands-on experience in invoice processing, payment management, vendor reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Process lease-related invoices and payables - Handle lease disbursements and vendor bills - Process commissions and self-billing invoices - Manage maintenance, insurance, and asset-related expenses - Validate, code, and post invoices accurately - Handle Lease, Opex, Expense, and Self-Bill invoices - Execute high-value and time-critical payments - Prepare and validate payment proposals - Perform supplier-statement and lease-ledger reconciliations - Support accruals, prepayments, and month-end closing activities - Review open items and ageing reports - Perform clearing-account reconciliations - Coordinate with General Ledger (GL) and Record-to-Report (RTR) teams - Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to process timelines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 2.5–4.5 Years - Relevant experience in Accounts Payable and P2P operations - Hands-on experience in invoice processing and payment management - Knowledge of vendor reconciliation and month-end closing support - Good understanding of Finance & Accounting processes - Strong written and verbal communication skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Thane, Mumbai - Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) - Shift: US Shift - Willingness to work from the Thane location in a US shift is mandatory Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: 4.5–6 LPA (450,000 - 600,000 INR per annum) Application Instructions: Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV mentioning the mandatory subject 'Accounts Payable – BPO 1/BPO 2 – Thane' along with total experience, relevant Accounts Payable experience, current location, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
