• Role & Company / Project Overview Pizza Hut (Rustam Foods) is hiring a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager (RGM) for its Multan Branch. The RGM leads overall restaurant operations, customer service excellence, and commercial performance for a globally loved brand. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee full restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and team leadership at the branch level. - Manage profit and loss, sales goals, inventory control, and operational budgets. - Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, hygiene, food safety, and hospitality protocols. - Train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant staff, assistant managers, and shift managers. - Handle customer escalations and optimize store efficiency and service delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated management experience in restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations. - Strong leadership, operational management, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Passion for hospitality, customer service, and food safety standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pizza Hut, Urdu Bazar, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. - Walk-in interview date: Tuesday, 3-November-2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. • Compensation & Benefits - Opportunity to grow within a globally recognized restaurant brand. • Application Instructions - Candidates can attend walk-in interviews on 3rd November between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM at Urdu Bazar Multan, or email their resume mentioning the job title in the subject line.
