• Role & Company / Project Overview Pizza Hut (Rustam Foods) is hiring Shift Managers for its branch in Multan to oversee and lead daily store shifts, ensuring seamless kitchen output, customer service, and team performance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage opening, mid, and closing shifts in accordance with Pizza Hut standard operating procedures. - Coordinate floor staff, kitchen team, and riders to maintain high service speeds and food quality. - Monitor food preparation, safety guidelines, cleanliness, and cash handling procedures. - Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer complaints during active shift hours. - Conduct pre-shift briefings and monitor team productivity. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Prior experience as a Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in food and beverage or QSR environments. - Strong communication skills, punctuality, and ability to lead under pressure. - High attention to detail regarding hygiene and customer service excellence. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift-based scheduling. - Location: Pizza Hut, Urdu Bazar, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. - Walk-in interview: Tuesday, 3-November-2026, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. • Compensation & Benefits - Professional growth and career progression within the restaurant chain. • Application Instructions - Submit CV with the job title in the subject line or attend walk-in interviews at Urdu Bazar Multan on 3-Nov-2026.
