• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Fraud and Risk Analyst with expertise in fraud prevention, payment risk management, and customer experience optimization for an opportunity in Mountain View, CA, USA. This is an L2 level, full-time position. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and optimize fraud prevention and payment risk policies. - Analyze fraud patterns, chargebacks, payment returns, and merchant escalations. - Balance fraud prevention with transaction approvals and customer retention. - Conduct risk assessments for emerging threats and new product launches. - Evaluate AI/ML models and automation solutions for fraud detection. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk Operations, and Data Science teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7+ years of experience in Fraud Analytics, Risk Strategy, or Payment Risk Management. - Experience in fintech, banking, or payment processing. - Knowledge of ACH, card networks, chargebacks, and bank verification flows. - Experience with AI/ML tools, fraud detection models, and automation frameworks. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mountain View, California, United States - Employment Type: Full-Time - Relocation: Candidates must be open to relocation - Visa: Candidates requiring work visa sponsorship may apply, subject to employer eligibility • Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit an updated resume or reach out directly via professional messaging.
