Role & Company / Project Overview: Cognize Tech Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Banking, Credit Card Fraud Detection & Prevention, and AI-based project delivery. The ideal candidate is a business analyst with strong fraud domain knowledge and hands-on experience delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead business requirements gathering, functional specifications documentation, and business process analysis • Drive credit card fraud detection and prevention initiatives within banking and financial services • Deliver AI-based enterprise projects and innovative technology solutions • Conduct strong data analysis and evaluate system implementation needs • Manage stakeholder relationships, communication, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and change management • Identify business risks and collaborate closely between business and technology teams Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 8 years of experience in IT Business Analysis • Strong knowledge of credit card fraud detection and prevention • Substantial experience working in banking and financial services • Proven experience in delivering AI-based projects and initiatives • Expertise in business requirements gathering, functional specifications, and business process analysis • Strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Experience with system implementation, UAT, and change management • Ability to identify business risks and partner effectively with business and technology teams • OPT candidates are welcome; local candidates required Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Onsite (local candidates only) • Employment Type: Full-Time • Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States Compensation & Benefits: • Full-time competitive employment package Application Instructions: • Send your updated resume via email to the hiring contact.
