Role & Company / Project Overview: The University School of Management Studies (USMS), Rayat Bahra University, Mohali, invites applications for faculty positions to teach in our MBA programme. Both Guest Faculty and Regular Faculty positions are available. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Teach postgraduate students in the MBA programme across designated specialized subjects. • Deliver curriculum and instructional content for courses: AI in Business and Programming for Analytics (Python / R). • Bridge industry practice with academic learning, mentoring and shaping future business leaders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Subjects to teach: AI in Business, Programming for Analytics (Python / R). • Academicians: UGC NET / PhD qualified candidates; freshers are also welcome. • Industry professionals: Experience in Business Analytics and AI (preferred). • Passion for academic excellence and developing business leadership skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mohali, Punjab, India. • Positions available: Regular Faculty and Guest Faculty. • Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
