Role & Company / Project Overview: Programming.com is hiring a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to join their team in Mohali. This full-time, work-from-office position is suited for individuals passionate about connecting top tech talent with career opportunities and possessing hands-on experience in IT recruitment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various technical positions • Source potential candidates actively using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring platforms • Conduct thorough resume screening and technical profile evaluations • Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise between candidates and hiring managers • Handle offer management processes and post-offer engagement/joining follow-ups • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of qualified IT talent Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 5 years of overall experience, with at least 1+ year dedicated to IT/Technical Recruitment • Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities • Sound comprehension of technical roles and IT hiring dynamics • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proven capability to handle multiple open job requirements simultaneously • Solid candidate engagement and proactive follow-up skills • Immediate joiners and candidates serving short notice periods will be given preference Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mohali, Punjab • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) • Employment Type: Full-time Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation details not disclosed Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume via the designated email address provided in the application contact section.
