### Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive located in Mohali. Openings are available across both Chat and Non-Chat processes, catering to customer queries and providing comprehensive support. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage incoming interactions in assigned Chat or Non-Chat customer support processes. - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and problem resolution efficiently and professionally. - Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Eligibility: Undergraduates and Graduates are welcome to apply. - Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are eligible. - Good communication skills for chat and non-chat support operations. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Hours / Shifts: Rotational Shifts. - Job Location: Mohali, Punjab, India (Onsite). ### Compensation & Benefits - CTC / Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹36,000 per month. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates should reach out to HR Khushi via the designated contact details provided in the contact section.
