Role & Company / Project Overview: Immediate hiring for an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions for Finance organizations. The role is 100% remote for candidates based locally in Minnesota, USA, with priority given to local applicants. All visa types are accepted. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions for Finance organizations. • Lead AI solutions from architecture to production. • Develop and deploy production LLM applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. • Implement agentic AI workflows and intelligent AI agents. • Perform prompt engineering, prompt orchestration, and tool calling. • Implement LLM evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and hallucination reduction mechanisms. • Manage vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval pipelines. • Ensure continuous AI model monitoring, observability, and performance optimization. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to responsible AI standards, security, privacy, and governance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of overall experience. • Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI. • Proven experience in LLM application development and production deployment. • Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. • 1–2+ years preferred experience in Agentic AI and intelligent AI agents. • Proficiency in Prompt Engineering, Prompt Orchestration, and Tool Calling. • Experience with LLM Evaluation, Guardrails, and Hallucination Reduction. • Hands-on familiarity with Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and Knowledge Retrieval. • Competence in AI Model Monitoring, Observability, and Performance Optimization. • In-depth understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and scalable data platforms. • Grounding in Responsible AI, Security, Privacy, and Governance. • Preferred experience in the Enterprise Finance domain (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax).
