The role supports the successful delivery of commercial construction projects by coordinating activities, managing documentation, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Work alongside project managers and superintendents. - Support project planning and maintain project schedules. - Develop and monitor submittal, RFI, change order, and procurement logs. - Assist in preparing and distributing subcontracts, drawing changes, and other project documentation. - Manage change documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Help coordinate construction activities and facilitate clear, straightforward project communication. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience or background in commercial construction, engineering, or project management. - Enjoy working in complex, technical environments with natural curiosity about how things work. - Comfortable working in fast-paced settings and collaborating with others to solve problems proactively. - High sense of accountability, follow-through, and motivation to develop a long-term career. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time. - Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. - Work Setup: Onsite. • Application Instructions - Send resume to the HR department for consideration.
