• Role & Company / Project Overview American IT Systems is seeking an experienced AEM Lead / Architect for a Day 1 onsite position based in Milpitas, California. The role is focused on architecting and delivering high-quality Adobe Experience Manager solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Serve as the technical lead and architect for enterprise AEM implementations. - Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing AEM Sites and AEM Cloud Service. - Oversee end-to-end integration with Akamai CDN, DevOps practices, and CI/CD automation pipelines. - Lead cross-functional technical teams and manage enterprise stakeholder relationships effectively. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12+ years of overall IT experience. - 5+ years of specialized experience in AEM architecture. - Strong, proven expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Cloud Service, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and Java. - Solid hands-on experience with Akamai CDN, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integrations. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Milpitas, California, United States. - Work arrangement: Day 1 Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates or referrals should send their resumes directly to the recruitment contact.
