Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced AEM Architect/Lead located in Milpitas, California. The selected candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role requires deep technical acumen in enterprise integrations, cloud deployments, performance tuning, and modern web architectures. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Architect and implement scalable AEM-based digital solutions across the enterprise. • Provide hands-on development and technical leadership across AEM projects. • Design content models, reusable components, and robust integration frameworks. • Manage Akamai CDN configurations, caching mechanisms, web security, and performance optimization. • Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud Manager deployment strategies. • Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud, APIs, and various enterprise systems. • Ensure website scalability, security, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices. • Contribute to MCP-based AI agents and content automation initiatives. • Mentor technical teams, conduct architecture reviews, and establish development standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years dedicated to AEM architecture. • Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and Java. • Hands-on experience with Akamai CDN, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise system integrations. • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and technical communication skills.
