Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with robust, hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC) Time Management and Time Tracking configuration. The role involves supporting time tracking configuration changes for upcoming Mexican labor law requirements, working toward a compliance deadline of January 1, 2027. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking configuration. • Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, time profiles, and time recording profiles. • Implement and configure overtime calculations, double-time calculations, and shift premiums. • Establish and manage time entry validation rules, timesheet adjustments, and approval workflows. • Handle time data replication and troubleshoot synchronization issues between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). • Manage and maintain time management configurations directly in Provisioning. • Implement system updates and configuration changes aligned with Mexican labor law compliance standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking configuration. • Proven experience in configuring work schedules, holiday calendars, time profiles, and time recording profiles. • Demonstrated experience handling overtime, double-time calculations, and shift premiums. • Strong background in time entry validation rules, timesheet adjustments, and approval workflows. • In-depth knowledge of time data replication and troubleshooting between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). • Extensive experience working with time management configurations in Provisioning. • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or EC Time Management certification. • Highly Preferred: Mexico-specific SuccessFactors Time Management experience and thorough knowledge of Mexican labor law and working-hours compliance requirements. • Nearshore candidates located in Mexico are strongly preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Engagement: Rolling Contract. • Work Arrangement: Remote (Nearshore or Offshore). • Time Zone Alignment: Nearshore candidates must align with EST or CST; Offshore candidates must align with Indian Standard Time (IST).
