Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation expert with mandatory hands-on Long-Term Incentives (LTI) experience to join on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Configure LTI plans including stock options, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and performance shares. • Set up eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, and approval workflows. • Integrate compensation and LTI structures with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation consulting. • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Long-Term Incentives (LTI) configuration and implementation. • Proven track record in complex system configuration and integration.
