• Role & Company / Project Overview Gretis Global is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (P4) who excels at driving complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results in fast-paced technology environments. This role brings structure, ownership, and alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Web, and Console teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive integrated program plans, milestones, ownership, and risk tracking. - Coordinate cross-functional planning and manage vendor and channel dependencies. - Lead release readiness, execution planning, and smooth team handoffs. - Track marketing workflow discovery, reusable actions, and CRM integrations. - Coordinate end-to-end journey readiness and lifecycle marketing initiatives. - Identify delivery risks, resolve dependencies, and communicate trade-offs to leadership. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Key Skills: Technical Program Management, Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management, Dependency & Risk Management, Milestone Tracking & Program Governance, Vendor & Partner Coordination, Release Planning & Execution, Executive Reporting & Communication, Enterprise Technology & Workflow Delivery. - Proven experience delivering complex technical programs. - Strong experience coordinating multiple teams and vendors. - Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities and drive accountability. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: 100% Remote. - Location Preference: Candidates from Mexico will be prioritized. • Compensation & Benefits Not specified. • Application Instructions Interested candidates or referrals can share an updated resume via email or connect directly via LinkedIn.
