• Role & Company / Project Overview: Naturaland is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor based in Medan to manage project aspects from initial estimation to budget efficiency throughout the housing construction process. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Mengelola aspek proyek, mulai dari estimasi awal hingga efisiensi anggaran selama proses konstruksi (Manage project aspects from initial estimation to budget efficiency during construction). - Membuat, memperbarui, dan mendokumentasikan gambar teknis sebagai acuan kerja tim lapangan (Create, update, and document technical drawings as references for the field team). - Melakukan pembelian, pendataan, dan pengawasan barang material logistik di proyek (Handle purchasing, inventory data logging, and supervision of logistics building materials on-site). - Mengikuti instruksi pimpinan proyek (Follow project leadership directives and instructions). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Pendidikan S1 Teknik Sipil (Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering). - Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Estimator dalam perhitungan RAB di bidang Konstruksi Perumahan (Preferably minimum 2 years experience as an Estimator calculating cost estimates/RAB in housing construction). - Menguasai produk material bangunan (Proficient knowledge of building materials). - Mahir dalam menggunakan software estimator serta software gambar teknik Auto CAD & Sketchup / Drafter (Proficient in estimator software and technical drawing tools AutoCAD and SketchUp / drafting). - Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab dalam pekerjaan (Honest, disciplined, and responsible). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. - On-site project environment. • Application Instructions: Submit your CV and best portfolio via the specified contact email or WhatsApp channel with the subject format [QS - Medan].
