### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Financial Business Analyst with strong expertise in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have direct exposure to Accounting, Finance, or Tax functions, preferably within the banking, mortgage, or financial services domain. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Gather and document business requirements from Accounting, Finance, and Tax teams. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technology solutions. • Analyze current-state processes and design future-state workflows. • Support UAT, data validation, and process documentation. • Prepare SOPs, process flows, and functional documentation. • Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 8-10 Years of overall experience (7+ years of Business Analyst experience). • Direct experience with Accounting, Finance, or Tax functions. • Banking, Mortgage, or Financial Services domain experience. • Strong requirements gathering and functional documentation skills. • Process mapping and workflow analysis. • UAT coordination and data validation. • Familiarity with financial systems, ERP, and reporting tools. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Good to Have Skills: - GSE (Government-Sponsored Enterprise) experience. - Reimbursable Operating Expense (ROE) or mortgage servicing cost processes. - Federal and state tax compliance workflows. - GSE-specific tax reporting. - SQL and data analysis skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: McLean, Virginia, United States • Work Mode: 100% Onsite (5 Days a Week) • Employment: W2 / C2C ### Application Instructions Kindly share your updated resume to apply for this position.
