Role & Company / Project Overview: Aarav Tech Solutions is urgently hiring RF Optimization Engineers (7 positions) for a leading telecom vendor project in the Philippines. This is an immediate requirement for an international, long-term project. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct 4G / 5G RF Optimization activities across field sites. • Perform KPI analysis including Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, and Throughput. • Carry out PCI planning, TAC planning, neighbor planning, handover optimization, and monitor VoLTE KPIs. • Execute LTE call flows and log analysis across multi-vendor networks (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia). Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 8 years of experience in 4G / 5G RF Optimization. • Hands-on proficiency with tools: TEMS, Nemo, Atoll, MapInfo, Actix. • Strong understanding of RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, TAC Planning, Neighbor Planning, Handover, and VoLTE KPIs. • Multi-vendor experience: Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia (any vendor acceptable). • Must have strong knowledge of LTE call flows and log analysis (QXDM is optional but a plus). • Nationality requirement: Indian Engineers can apply (must hold a valid passport). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Philippines (Manila, Cebu, Davao) - Work from Field. • Project Duration: 12 Months + Extendable. • Joining Timeline: Within 30 days.
