Role & Company / Project Overview: CoCo Tea (TFI Group of Companies) is looking for customer-oriented Service Crew members to deliver exceptional beverage preparation and customer experiences across Metro Manila branch locations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders, and process payments accurately at the POS counter. • Prepare tea beverages, toppings, and drinks strictly adhering to company recipe standards. • Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the beverage counter, dining area, and kitchen. • Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in replenishing inventory supplies. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Food & Beverage (F&B) experience is an advantage. • NCII Food & Beverage certification is an advantage. • Positive attitude, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to learn and grow. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Available Assignments: Makati, Parañaque, Pasay, Manila, and Taguig areas. • Store-based shift schedules.
