• Role & Company / Project Overview Maotea is seeking an energetic and passionate Crew Barista to craft quality beverages and deliver exceptional customer service at our Jakarta outlets. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare and serve high-quality tea and beverage products according to brand recipes and SOP. - Handle point-of-sale transactions and cashier duties. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the beverage bar and seating areas. - Assist with daily inventory handling and stock opname. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Passionate about the beverage and F&B industry. - Detail-oriented, friendly, customer-focused, and eager to learn. - Previous experience as a barista or beverage crew is a plus. - Portfolio is required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-Time store shift schedule in Jakarta, Indonesia. • Application Instructions - Send CV and portfolio via WhatsApp using format: Position – Full Name.
