Role & Company / Project Overview: An established organization in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry is hiring a Senior Manager – IT based in Manesar. This role oversees manufacturing IT systems, plant automation integration, ERP/MES platforms, compliance, and enterprise IT governance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage ERP and MES systems across all plant and manufacturing operations. • Oversee critical ERP modules including Purchase, Stores, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Maintenance, and related functions. • Lead end-to-end ERP/MES implementation and direct integration with shop-floor and Operational Technology (OT) systems. • Oversee IT compliance, risk management frameworks, and information security controls. • Support internal and external IT governance and security audits including ITGC, ITAC, JSOX, and customer-specific audits. • Manage relational SQL databases, optimize queries, and maintain stored procedures. • Manage and support Barcode systems, RFID infrastructure, Vendor Portals, and automated workflow solutions. • Coordinate with cross-functional leadership and project teams to drive IT initiatives and software rollouts. • Drive and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and organizational Change Management. • Ensure continuous, reliable, and smooth IT operations within a mission-critical manufacturing shop-floor environment. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (CS / IT). • 15 to 20 years of professional IT experience. • Extensive background in Automotive Manufacturing IT. • Solid hands-on experience in ERP & MES implementation and shop-floor/OT integration. • Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and TISAX standards. • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. • Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects in industrial settings.
