• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for the position of NOC Engineer - L1 (Telecom) based in Manesar. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for handling telecom network operations and support. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct 24x7 telecom network alarm monitoring and L1 troubleshooting. - Monitor OSPF, BGP, OTN, SDH, DWDM, MPLS, WAN, IP & ISP networks. - Manage incidents, support tickets, escalations, and strict SLA compliance. - Coordinate seamlessly with field teams and higher tier L2/L3 support teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: B.Tech / BE degree. - Experience: 0.1 to 3 Years.
