• Role & Company / Project Overview Exciting opportunity for an engineer skilled in Firewalls, Secure Web Gateways, and Zero Trust Architecture to join our high-performing Network Security team as an L1/L2 Operations Engineer. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - End-to-end incident management, firewall health checks, rule/port management, and connectivity troubleshooting. - Policy evaluation in SSE (Zscaler Internet Access, Prisma Access), URL filtering, CASB, SSL inspection, and Private Access diagnostics. - Analyzing packet captures (Wireshark/tcpdump), managing GRE/IPsec tunnels, and handling change requests. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Tools: Palo Alto Firewalls (NGFW, Panorama, Strata), Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA), Splunk, Datadog, ServiceNow. - Technologies: NGFW, SWG, ZTNA, Enterprise Browser, Cloud Security (AWS/Azure), Python/Ansible. - Preferred Certifications: Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Zscaler Administrator, CCNA. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: As per the market standard. • Application Instructions - Send resume with the subject line 'Application: Network Security Engineer!'.
