• Role & Company / Project Overview The Meat Co. Bahrain (Est. 1976) is recruiting Hostesses for its pre-opening team in Bahrain. The role is focused on being the welcoming face of the restaurant, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and reservations management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their assigned tables. - Manage table reservations, seating charts, and walk-in guest flow to maximize seating efficiency. - Answer guest telephone inquiries regarding bookings, operating hours, and general restaurant information. - Coordinate with waitstaff, runners, and floor managers regarding table turnover and seating readiness. - Thank departing guests and ensure a memorable final impression. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service. - Prior experience as a hostess or receptionist in high-volume or fine-dining venues is preferred. - Professional presentation, polite demeanor, and strong verbal communication skills. - Organizational skills to manage reservations and guest waitlists. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bahrain. - Pre-opening venue; operational shifts and schedule as required. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard company remuneration and benefits. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV via email with the subject line 'MEAT CO.
